3. A purchase made via the site constitutes agreement to the Conditions of Use.
4. The Conditions of Use may change from time to time without prior notice.
5. We make every effort to display precise pictures of the products, but the company declares that the pictures serve as illustrations only.
6. The prices on the site include VAT as required by law, but do not include shipping charges.
7. The company is not obligated to have all of the products whose pictures appear on the site in stock.
8. The site is entitled to update the prices of the products and shipping costs without prior notice.
9. The site will not make any unauthorized use of customer information collected when registering at the site.
10. The site’s team makes every effort to present the most precise information to the customer, but mistakes may occur.
11. If the customer entered inaccurate information when making the order and the product is returned to the company, the company will contact the customer to resend the product, at the customer’s expense.
12. Final approval of the order will be made only after confirming that the ordered products are indeed in stock and available for shipping. If the product or products are not in stock, the customer will be entitled to receive a refund or choose another product of the same price.
13. To make a purchase on the site, the customer must be at least 18 years old; a minor may order from the site with the permission of her parent or legal guardian.
14. The products should be used only for their designed purpose.
15. The company is not responsible for any use of the product that does not follow the laundering instructions or any other use.
16. The company is not responsible for a delay in shipping due to factors beyond its control, such as strikes, holidays, natural disasters, war, computer malfunctions that disrupt the fulfillment of the order, and so on.
17. In registering at the site, the user agrees to receive promotional material from the company, such as email, text messages and information on specials and sales. The customer can remove herself from the mailing list by following the instructions at the bottom of the email or text message.
Delivery times:
1. The shipment will be sent to the address specified when placing the order.
2. An invoice will be sent by email to the customer according to the details entered when placing the order.
3. The customer must inform the company of any change in the place or date of requested delivery.
4. Workdays: Sunday through Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays and holidays are not workdays.

- Registered mail sent via Israel Post. Delivery time can take up to 21 business days*.
- Express delivery via Israel Post’s Express Mail Service or an international delivery company. Delivery time between 5-10 business days*.

Exchanges:
